"Le Crespelle", in simple words fried dough, you can't beat that. All the women are always making these during St. Antonio and they are my favorite. It is best to eat them when they are still warm and they cover them with sugar. Luckily they make them only in Janurary, because if they made them all year round I would be in trouble,  I would have to swim at least another 50 laps a day to burn those off.
